Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping us. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on jamesonrobinson5@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, clearly stating what the issue is.
We will reimburse you or send you a replacement, dispatched to you no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notification. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were received in the last 7 days
The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods made to your specifications (commission works).
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any artwork that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
We are responsible for the cost and risk of you returning the goods. We may recommend a carrier and then ask you to arrange and refund you the cost.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the artwork or proof of delivery.
