Shipping Policy
Your product will usually be dispatched within 1 to 5 business days. Please check with us during holiday periods such as Christmas.
UK shipping estimated 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping outside UK estimated 7 to 14 business days, depending on any custom delays.
All artworks will be safely packed, according to best practices.
Please note:
Shipping times will be affected during Public holidays.
If your order is returned to us, we will contact you via email. The return will not be refunded. The client will have to pay for the delivery again.
Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.
If your order is being delivered outside of the UK, please note it may be subject to additional charges, taxes, or customs duties in the destination country. Any charges are to be paid by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur as a result of customs clearance.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed with the email you provided when making your purchase.
It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier’s system. If the information is not available please try again.
